Julie “Jaye” Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board approved LPC Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She holds two master’s degrees in counseling and a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. She is also a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator® Master Practitioner and an approved continuing education provider for mental health licensure boards and HR associations. Jaye has over 20 years of combined expertise in the fields of education, mental health and professional/organizational development. She has a passion to empower individuals to achieve their absolute highest potential. Her diverse training and background equip her with a keen aptitude for adapting to her audience’s diverse learning styles and varied comfort levels. Jaye strives to help every team member enhance their communication and collaboration competencies, resulting in a positive contribution to the overall welfare of the organization.
